Irish Ferries - Holyhead to Dublin



Irish Ferries offer two routes to Ireland. Holyhead to Dublin and Pembroke to Rosslare. Holyhead is North Wales and the port is off the A55 and A5, clear directions from both road routes to the port. Excellent location within the UK, whether it be by car or by train. From South, North or the Midlands.

Actual crossing times vary, the fast ferry which is the Dublin Swift will get you to Dublin in around 1hr 49mins. Whereas the cruise ferry Ulysses, is slightly longer and takes roughly 3hrs 15mins.

There are upto 4 crossings daily, with check-in being only 30mins prior to boarding. However we do advise you arrive in plenty of time should there be any delays on your journey to the port and also to allow time to collect any tickets. On arrival in Dublin the port is ideally situated within the port complex, this making it easily accessible to visit the capital city which is only 2miles away. If you are travelling as a foot passenger, within the terminal there is a bus service which takes you directly into the city and to the main bus station. Dublin has lots to offer, culture, history and its vibrant nightlife,

The ferries are fully functional and maintain high standards making it an enjoyable experience for all. You will find the Galleria Shop, Brasserie, Blooms Bar and entertainment facilities on board for both children and adults, Volta Picture Theatre is where you can sit back relax and enjoy a latest movie, or for those wanting to just sit back and relax, Irish Ferries have comfortable seating areas. Club Class is also available offering priority boarding, reserved seating, complimentary snacks and drinks and a lounge area with WIFI power points and panoramic sea views.
